Men don't usually talk about their pain. They are just silent. They just scream inside, they tear up alone,
and then they just take a deep breath when it feels heavy. They don't usually call a friend and say they're not okay.
They just hang out with people, try to make themselves busy, or sometimes they just disappear for a while.
Men don't usually show their vulnerable side... but it doesn't mean they have to.
It doesn't mean they have to bear everything alone. It doesn't mean they have to hide their tears when they're in pain
or they have to hide when they are falling apart. Just because they look strong doesn't mean they are not allowed to be vulnerable.
Experiencing different emotions is both normal and valid. Men can cry. Men are not supposed to always pretend they're okay
even when they're not. They can feel anything that their hearts acknowledge to feel, and there's nothing wrong with showing it.
Men can get hurt too, even on the days that they try to be tough. And those men, no matter how much they are used to enduring
their battles in silence, also need emotional support and understanding just as much as women badly want to feel validated
and understood when they're in pain.
