Is it foolish to love, to bond, in a world where everything ends?

No, my love. Death does not make love meaningless. It makes love real.
Death can take the future.
It can take bodies, possessions, plans, dreams, all the things that “might have been”.

But death cannot take what has already been lived between us.
It cannot take our love.
It cannot take our presence.
It cannot take the meaning of our journey.

Every moment of tenderness we shared.
Every ordinary day we lived.
The deep commitment we made.
The healing path we walked together.
None of that can be erased when time itself dissolves.

Not by illness.
Not by war.
Not by torture.
Not even by the end of the world.

We remain rooted in what we have loved,
and what has been loved is never lost.
Love is stronger than fear, my love,
and more powerful than death.
