Capacity has become one
of the most attractive
things in the world to me.

not Chemistry.

not potential.

not how connected we feel in a
moment.

capacity.

Chemistry can open the door.

connection can invite you inside.

but trust is built through what
someone has the capacity to sustain
over time.

and trust is what allows you to
truly deepen and build with someone.

integrity

when someone's words and actions match.

when i don't have to constantly interpret,
guess, or decode.

emotional capacity

the ability to stay present with
difficult emotions instead of
shutting down, exploding, blaming,
or disappearing.

reliability

doing what you said you were
going to do.

not perfectly.

consistently.

honesty

the ability to tell the truth, even
when the truth is uncomfortable.

especially when the truth is
uncomfortable.

repair

not never making mistakes.

being willing to come back and
help mend what was hurt.

self-awareness

when someone understands their
patterns well enough to take
responsibility for them.

consideration

when someone remembers that
their actions impact other
people.

honoring other's hearts with
care.

emotional responsibility

being able to say:

"I'm struggling right now."

instead of making someone else
carry the confusion.

discernment

knowing what you can and
cannot offer.

and being honest about both.

capacity

because secure love isn't built
when everything is easy.

it's built when it can be
sustained when life gets hard.

the more i heal, the less
i'm attracted to potential

and the more i'm attracted to
capacity.
