What makes someone "High value"
has nothing to do with their looks,
money, or status. It's their emotional
availability. It's their accountability.
It's good communication skills. It's
their generosity, self-respect, and how
they treat people. It is their character.

The road to relationship drama is paved
with charming people who haven't done
any inner work. They'll say all the right
things, make you feel incredible, and
create instant chemistry. But the second
there's a problem, they can't communicate,
take accountability, or repair.

Stop calling someone "high value" because
they're attractive, succesful, or six feet
tall. None of that tells you whether they're
emotionally available, know how to communicate,
or if they take responsibility for their life.
None of that tells you what kind of partner,
or friend they will be.

Growth is when the unpredictable, unavailable,
and drama-filled person no longer excites you.
The mixed signals, the emotional highs and lows
lose their appeal. Instead you're drawn to the
person who says what they mean, does what they
say, communicates when something's wrong, and
has the capacity to build relationship
instead of just create chemistry.

What society tells us is high value:

- Power
- Attractiveness
- Popularity
- Income

What high value really is:

- Inner peace
- Authenticity
- Kindness
- Compassion
- Personal responsibility
